The Role As Bistro manager, you will be running the ins and outs of daily operations across catering and functions, 100 seat bistro and liaising with the kitchen. You will be able to work autonomously in all aspects of the food service operations. You will also be responsible with all the financial, rostering, hiring, training and managing the floor but all with a supportive upper management. An ideal candidate Previous experience as a restaurant manager, ideally from bistro, Club or Pub settings Great with all aspects financial/P&Ls A passion for customer service and driving a team in all aspects of service with a smile Be a hands on Manager that can take charge and be part of and lead a small team The perks A great team environment and culture Fantastic opportunities with an established company A competitive starting salary package.
